Chief Information Security Officer

We are partnering with a growth-stage enterprise to place a CISO who will own security strategy end to end, from board reporting to the engineers in the trenches. This is a builder's seat, not a caretaker's.
What you'll do
- Set and communicate the enterprise security strategy to the board and executive team.
- Build and mentor a security organization spanning engineering, GRC, and operations.
- Own risk posture, incident response readiness, and regulatory compliance.
- Partner with product and engineering to make security a competitive advantage.
What you bring
- 15+ years in information security, with 5+ in senior leadership.
- Track record building security programs at scale.
- Fluency with cloud security, zero-trust architecture, and modern threat landscapes.
- CISSP, CISM, or equivalent; board-level communication skills.
